ETHICS

  • We will deal with our customers and their employees honestly and fairly at all times;
  • We will treat any information obtained in the course of a project as confidential;
  • We will never knowingly place ourselves in a position where our interests conflicts with those of the client;
  • We will never entertain any business relationship which requires us to put aside our ethics statement;
  • We will not accept a fee, commission or other payment from anyone but our client or their insurer;
  • We will make sure that our client is fully aware of the repair structures and all associated costs before commencing work; and
  • We are committed to be environmentally responsible purchasing to reduce water waste and use.

  • We strive to excel on the quality of our workmanship and the quality of the projects/tasks undertaken. We have internal procedures and audits in place to ensure quality assurance in the work place and the system is working for ourselves and the client.
  • Quality management is an integral part of our industry and we base our management system on quality and all senior management takes full responsibility for quality of work delivered.
